Burke’s asset and property management team oversees 3 million square feet of office and industrial real estate, and over 1200 tenants in Southern California and Central Texas. Burke principals own a majority of the properties, allowing us to manage our properties from an owner’s perspective focusing on the long-term, well being of the property.
